The desiccant media of CooBase combined rotors is based on a mature manufacturing technology in Sweden, which has been tested by the market for decades. Meanwhile,scientific automatic assembly line control improvements have been made on the basis of the original traditional process, and fully automatic production lines have been adopted in the United States to avoid product stability issues caused by human factors.




In order to give full play to different water absorption characteristics of silica gel materials and molecular sieve materials, honeycomb silica gel dehumidification media are used for the first half of CooBase CBX combined desiccant rotors, with 4A molecular sieve materials used for the rear half. When the moisture content of the incoming air is high, silica gel materials take advantage of their high water absorption capacity. When the moisture content decreases, 4A molecular sieves take advantage of their good water absorption performance under low humidity conditions to efficiently and targeted treatment to the moisture content in the air, which can easily create an ultra-low dewpoint environment.




As our raw materials of honeycomb blocks are imported from USA, we can customize rotors of different specifications based on these lection structures of customers, and can also perform rotors customization replacement according to different specifications of rotors which had already been used in the current markets so as to adapt to various market demands.
